Badger Biodata works closely alongside BRUG to share resources and collaborate. One of the responsibilities of Badger Biodata is to participate in BRUG’s meetings and contributing to BRUG’s website.

NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus
Database of transciptomic datasets. These datasets explore gene expression for varying conditions and diseases. Great for comparing genes and finding what is driving diseases.
IPUMS USA
IPUMS is the world’s largest database for census and survey data. Much of the data can be used to analyze social and economic change.
Environmental Data Initiative
The EDI Data Portal holds ecological data packages. It was jointly created by the University of Wisconsin and the University of New Mexico. Although it has data from all over the globe, it is a great place to find ecological data for Wisconsin.
National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON)
Has ecoclimatic and organismal sampling data from the Midwest and Great Lakes region.
